Beds at Felicity living are not only a piece of wood, they are a reality of your imagination and expectations. So for us its a failure if you are not satisfied our services.

Returns

Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with Felicity living.

You are purchasing a piece of furniture unique to you. Every item that leaves us is made-to-order (i.e. made for you) and individual to your specifications. For these reasons, we don't accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

If you believe your ordered items are faulty or incorrect please get in touch with our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection to offer you a suitable course of action.

In case where a return is appropriate, we will arrange a collection that respects our current delivery schedule. You do not need to disassemble your product for our collection team. All we ask is that your unwanted item remains in the condition that it was received.

Cancellation

  • Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24 hour return period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written communication (Email or letter) from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. The period starts from the date of ordering.  
  • Once the 24hour cooling-off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed. Each bed is made to order an item and therefore is a non-returnable item once processed.

How to cancel during the cooling-off period

Should you change your mind about your purchase in the 24-hour cooling-off period, you will need to write to us to confirm your decision to cancel or tell us verbally. Please note, once the cooling-off period has passed, you will not be able to cancel your order or return your item.

Cancelling after the cooling-off period?

If you decide to cancel your bed after the 24-hour cooling-off period, you will have to pay 30% of the order value – this is a re-stocking charge.

Returning your item

As all items are made to order we do not accept returns unless there has been a manufacturing fault and if we are unable to resolve this for you. in exceptional circumstances please give us a call to discuss your options.

What if my bed is faulty?

Please check your bed on delivery to ensure there are no faults. A quick way to check is to make sure there are no tears or dents in the packaging. If you discover a fault, make sure you record with the courier and send us a photograph within 24hours. If a fault is discovered in your item, it may fall under the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This commences on the date you sign for your delivery.

What if my bed doesn’t fit?

Every bed is a bespoke, made-to-order item, and it is your responsibility to make sure you carefully check the measurements before placing your order. Once your mattress has been slept on, we have a strict non-returnable policy.

Fabric samples

All photographs of beds featured on our website are taken in a studio environment and lighting can vary. To avoid disappointment order samples before placing your order to ensure the perfect fabric and colour.

Refund

Please be aware refunds are processed in the same method which has been used to pay. Please note this can take up to 7 business days.
