03. Products and Descriptions
Felicity Living specialises in luxury bespoke beds and upholstered furniture, with selected fabric, colour and design options available for personalisation.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and specifications are accurate.
Please note the following:
- Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings and device.

- Upholstery fabrics may have natural variations in texture, appearance and finish.
- Product photographs are provided as a visual guide and may not represent every available fabric or configuration.
- Bespoke products may be made according to the specifications and options selected when placing an order.
Minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect. However, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable law.
04. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable. Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Standard delivery charges and any optional delivery services will be displayed on our website or at checkout, as applicable.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify-supported payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product description errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. We will not require you to pay an unexpected price increase without your agreement.
05. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. We will communicate any issues affecting the fulfilment of your order as soon as reasonably possible.
We may need to decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason, such as product unavailability, a significant pricing error or a reasonable concern about fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Changes to Orders
If you wish to change your order, please contact us at orders@felicityliving.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of placing your order.
Whether a change can be accommodated depends on the product, the requested change and the stage of production.
Any applicable alteration charge will be explained and agreed with you before the change is confirmed.
Changes and cancellation requests are subject to the applicable cancellation rights described in Section 07.
06. Delivery
Felicity Living delivers to mainland England, mainland Scotland and mainland Wales only.
Our estimated delivery time is:
- England, Scotland and Wales: 2–6 weeks.
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.
These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the product, delivery location and other circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate relevant information and work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Arrangements
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
- Please ensure that there is suitable access for the furniture being delivered.
- Inform us of any relevant access restrictions before delivery is arranged.
- Delivery appointments and available time slots will be communicated where applicable.
- Any optional delivery, room-of-choice or assembly services and their charges will be explained before purchase.
Missed or Rearranged Deliveries
If you need to rearrange a confirmed delivery appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the delivery cannot be carried out due to circumstances within the customer's control, a £50 redelivery fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be communicated to the customer and applied in accordance with the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.
Delivery Damage
If your furniture arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs where available. This will help us investigate and resolve the issue.
Any request to report damage within a specified period does not remove your statutory rights.
For further information about delivery estimates, coverage and arrangements, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
07. Returns and Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Return Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle goods as reasonably necessary to inspect them, but you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Products should be returned to the following address: Riverbank Enterprise Centre, Unit 15 Scout Hill Rd, Dewsbury, United Kingdom, WF13 3RQ
To arrange a return, please contact us at contact@felicityliving.co.uk.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@felicityliving.co.uk as soon as possible. We ask customers to contact us within three days of placing an order if they wish to request a cancellation before production progresses.
Whether an order can be cancelled at that stage may depend on the product and the stage of production. However, this request period does not limit any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, you may generally cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return costs may be your responsibility where permitted by law, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Some bespoke or personalised products may be exempt from statutory cancellation rights. This depends on the nature of the product and the circumstances of the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact contact@felicityliving.co.uk.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products
As our bespoke and made-to-order furniture is manufactured to meet individual customer requirements, these products may not be eligible for return or cancellation under the statutory exceptions applicable to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where returns are permitted by law and we have informed them of these costs before purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
08. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We aim to supply furniture that matches its description and meets the quality and functionality requirements of applicable consumer law.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us assess the issue, we may request:
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs or videos showing the issue, where appropriate.
We will assess the circumstances and explain the available options. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
We will not require you to waive your statutory rights as a condition of reporting a problem.
